PROJECTMANAGERS
Five project managers from the five participating municipalities head up a workgroup, each based on their own knowledge and expertise. The lines of communication are short because each of the project managers is also a member of the coordination team in addition to their projects for the Business Plan. Therefore, they are the first point of contact within their own governmental organization for everything relating to the port authority’s activities.
PORT MANAGER
Manager/quartermaster Gerry Waanders is responsible for the central management of the networking organization and also the first point of contact for Port of Twente. He establishes connections, coordinates activities, takes care of operational aspects and advises on developments related to port management, plus he is responsible for the contact and communication with the participants as well as external parties.
